Street Scenes NOLA

New Orleans and its people have proven to be not only courageous  but resiliant as well. Laissez les Bon Temps Roulez is a maxim that every born and bred  Nola resident, and those who have adopted the city as their own, live every day it seems.
From the iridescenece of the beads for sale everywhere and the infectious  joie de vivre NOLA residents play and work at the same time.

At the Plaza de Armas, the Spanish did own New Orleans for a time, the peaceful garden hosts a wedding party. On the other side of the fence the tattooed young ladies will paint your face and pose for pictures, just make a contribution.

Then take a walk towards the Cafe Du Monde for your beignet fix.  Glance up and the calico fish's eyes seem to be following you down the street!
